Forums
99% of the time someone has the same question as you! If you've looked through the articles and knowledgebase, and your question is something along the lines of "how did so-and-so make that really great background for their header graphic", then post in the forums. Webmasters helping webmasters - the foundation on which our community is built upon.
Helpdesk
A ticket system is available by logging into your Star-Sites account.
PLEASE NOTE: The helpdesk should only be used for questions such as:
1. I can't log in to my control panel
2. My site is down
3. My database is giving me this error: "Database username_gallery is currently off doing the funky chicken. Please check back later"
4. I am leaving eFans.
In other words, if it is something you or I would need to log into something (Control Panel, FTP, etc), then it belongs in the helpdesk.
I will no longer offer straight email support as the other listed methods better allow me to track the most common questions (and thus create a more feature-rich knowledgebase), and identify common problems.
